Is that the High Trestle Trail Bridge being built?
Yes and no. It is in between when it was a railroad bridge and when it became the High Trestle Trail Bridge.
It was after the railroad had taken down the bridge part of the bridge for scrap metal.
I think this before they even decided to do the high trestle trail.
