RWPE Y2 #33 – FEET

The submissions for FEET:

Geri Derner

Cathie Raley A

Cathie Raley B

Cathie Raley C

Christopher D. Bennett

Mike Vest A

Mike Vest B

Julie Johnson

The theme for next week is:

STRENGTH

This is a twist on a theme from last year, so there isn’t a need for a look back.

I don’t want to get arrogant, (since my last attempt was a complete and utter failure) but I will hopefully be on vacation in Minnesota at this time next week. Therefore I will probably not be near a computer and able to publish your submissions. So what will publish at this time next week will just be the theme for the following week. I will publish any submissions later in the week when I return.

RWPE Y2 #25 – SOOTHING

We are almost halfway through the final year of the Random Weekly Photo Experiment. Some good submissions for SOOTHING:

Julie Johnson

Mike Vest

Christopher D. Bennett

The Random Theme Generator has spoken. Here is the theme for this week:

LIGHT PLACEMENT

Here is a look back at last year’s submissions for LIGHT PLACEMENT:

LIGHT PLACEMENT – 2010

Remember next Monday is Independence Day, so it wouldn’t hurt to have your submissions in early.

RWPE Y2 #24 – PEOPLE

The submission wire was a little more active this week for PEOPLE. Apparently I know some people that know PEOPLE besides me. Here are the submissions:

Mike Vest of Waxen Media

Christopher D. Bennett

Julie Johnson of The Joy is in the Journey

Shannon Bardole of Little White Lye Soap

I’ve been down to the Random Generator for a new theme for this week. This is what it spit out:

SOOTHING

A look back at last year’s SOOTHING submissions:

SOOTHING – 2010

Hopefully people don’t becoming so soothed thinking on this theme that they don’t take the picture.

RWPE Y2 #23 – DEPTH OF FIELD

There wasn’t a sudden burst of more submissions this week, but I am pleased with the quality of submissions. For the first time in roughly 8 weeks, I even like my submission. The final 30 or so weeks of RWPE Y2 has some signs of hope.

Here are the submissions for DEPTH OF FIELD:

Mike Vest of Waxen Media

Julie Johnson of The Joy is in the Journey

Christopher D. Bennett

The theme for this week is:

PEOPLE

Here is a look back at last year’s submissions for PEOPLE:

PEOPLE-2010

This is the part where I would normally point out that this is a really easy theme because everybody knows somebody, but I’m starting to think everybody I know suffers from some form of social anxiety disorder or another. You can rest assured I will have a PEOPLE picture. After all, I know people.

RWPE Y2 #19 – COLORFUL

There were a few submissions for COLORFUL. Here they are:

Sara Junck

Julie Johnson

Christopher D. Bennett

Mike Vest

I’ve been down to the Random Theme Generator and it gave me the following theme:

PAINTING WITH LIGHT

A look back at last year’s PAINTING WITH LIGHT submissions:

PAINTING WITH LIGHT – 2010

The best way to think of PAINTING WITH LIGHT is having an object in total darkness and then illuminating just that object. This is the most technically demanding theme of the year, so I hope there nearly as many submissions for this as there were last year.

RWPE Y2 #18 – ADVENTURE

There were a couple of submissions for ADVENTURE. Here they are:

Julie Johnson of The Joy is in the Journey

Mike Vest of Waxen Media

Christopher D. Bennett

I’ve visited the Random Theme Generator is pursuit of a theme for this week. This is what it spit out:

COLORFUL

As it is warming up, this seems like just the right time for this theme.

Here is a look back at last year’s COLORFUL submissions:

COLORFUL – 2010

Good luck everybody!

RWPE Y2 #17 – MOTION

Quite frankly it seems silly to post anything on such an important day for our country, but might as well. Here are the submissions for MOTION:

Christopher D. Bennett

Julie Johnson

Mike Vest

I’ve been down to talk to the Random Theme Generator. It gave me the following theme for this week:

ADVENTURE

A look back at last year’s submissions:

ADVENTURE – 2010

Hopefully, this will spark lots of people to have little photo adventures.
