The April image of the 2022 Photography 139 Calendar is a picture of a tulip from my Mom’s yard. It is actually my favorite flower from her yard. Most people are drawn to her alliums, but this pink tulip is my favorite.

It is apropos in some ways that I’m sharing this picture of a flower from my Mom’s yard, because today is the 37th anniversary of my Dad’s passing.
