Sometimes Brandi Carlile’s lyrics really hit hard in a special place. This is one of those songs.

AND… it is only a month and one day until I go to Omaha to see Brandi Carlile in concert! WooHoo! I promise I won’t talk about it constantly. But if you have HBO or MAX, you should check out her concert movie that she recorded in Laurel Canyon that you can currently stream.

But while Thursdays are for great song lyrics, it is also about flowers. Thought I would visit the collection of tulip pictures I took when I visited Pella a week before their tulip festival. Many of these pictures were taken with a Lensbaby lens. Lensbaby is my favorite line of art lenses. I would explain that more, but I recently added another Lensbaby lens into the arsenal. One I have coveted for quite some time. So I will cover Lensbaby in depth when I do an equipment post on the new sweetness.
