It had been a moment since I had been to the Madrid Labor Day Festival, so last year Teresa and I went down there to check it out. It was the day of their car show, which is enormous! Even a guy like me that really isn’t in to cars all that much was really blown away by how large it is. But let’s face it, I was really just there for the food.

I’ll probably hit the Labor Day Festival up again this year. I’m a sucker for any place that has food trucks.
