I parted with the Gorshes officially on the morning of Day 3 of the Eclipse Road Trip. The final day. The trip home. They were mostly still in bed, but I breakfasted with Dave and then hit the road back to the Cyclone State. Although on such a beautiful day, I couldn’t just drive straight home. So at first I stopped at one of my favorite towns in Iowa. Beautiful Le Claire.
