Last year the 3rd Annual Jay Janson Miniature Golf Invitational atrophied a bit. It was up to 4 competitors in 2024. But in 2025 it was down to just me and Jay. Which was about what it should have been. We went to some minigolf course that wasn’t even a real course. It was some stupid point system like a series of arcade games. I can’t tell you who won or lost because half the games didn’t even work properly. It was awful and almost made me want to hang up my club and minigolf no more, forever. Like I did with bowling. And Chief Joseph did with fighting.
But if there is a 4th Annual Jay Janson Miniature Golf Invitational in 2026 I will be there. Well, I’ll be there if the course is a legit course and not a stupid course like what we golfed last year. I don’t even remember the name, I hated it so much. But it was in West Des Moines somewhere.

Jester Park is always a good timeline cleanser. Especially in real life. That is what happens in between the times you are looking at a screen.
