I don’t usually spend a ton of Friday at the Boone County Fair. Mostly a good chunk of Saturday while assisting or documenting Baby Got Rack or Tall & Meaty competing at the barbecue contest. That gives me more than enough time to look around and see all the things I need to see. But the normal schedule was thrown off because I had a wedding to attend on the Saturday of the Boone County Fair last year. So I split my time up a little bit.
I went out on my lunch break on Friday to visit with the Boone First United Methodist Church booth. Which was also a perfect time to grab a quick bite to eat at one of the food trucks and take a quick look around the grounds.

I also spent a small amount of time at the Boone County Fair on Sunday with Logan and his kids. But that is an adventure for next Friday.
