For Elainie’s birthday meal she selected a taco place (well Mexican place) in Johnston that specializes in birria tacos. It was the second time in a few months I was taken to a place to have amazing birria tacos. Sabas and Elainie claimed that they don’t eat there very often. BUT as soon as we walked in the door the staff recognized them and knew their order. So their claims are sus at the very least.

In the bottom left corner is the “magic sauce”. It lived up to the billing!
But to be honest, they were pretty fantastic without the sauce too.

But what is the verdict? I will definitely go back! In fact I have attempted to go back and have plans to go back in the future! The only thing stopping me is that the last time I checked it was closed and moving to a new location. As near as I can tell they haven’t reopened yet. But they need to get on that because I need me some birria tacos!
