Last Wednesday I started sharing images of the construction of the new arch in Boone. When we left off, I was still wandering around taking pictures on my lunchbreak. But this collection will end after I came back after work to see the finished product. To my surprise, it wasn’t actually finished, so I got to take some pictures of it being finished.
This being late November in Iowa, the sun was already down by 5 PM. By the time I returned the crowd had dispersed. I was pretty much the entire crowd of spectators. Here are the pictures from the 2nd collection of arch construction pictures:
