We left Belfast in time to get back to Dublin for the Iowa State pep rally. I had told Andy it didn’t really matter to me if we made it back for the pep rally. I’ve attended many a Cyclone Pep Rally in my day. Including some for bowl games and quite a few in the Cyclone and Light District in Kansas City. However he really wanted to go and I’m glad he pushed for us to go. Because there is nothing quite like being in Dublin, Ireland with thousands of your best friends and the best people.

This collection of pictures will concentrate on the ISUCFVMB. If you are a bad person and don’t know what that means, that is the Iowa State University Cyclone Football Varsity Marching Band!

Pep rally!

We actually ran into several people we met at the Fort Dodge Airport at the pep rally.

The game was considered a home game for Kansas State. Which was good because they lost a home game and the millions of dollars of economic impact that towns like Manhattan need that come from home football games. But it was bad because at the football game we were subjected to the less than “mid” Pride of Wildcat Nation marching band. Rather than seeing the amazing ISUCFVMB.

There are still a couple of more collections of Day 3 pictures left to share!
