Tenderloining: Stratford Field Work

I’ve already shared a food adventure at Copperhead Saloon before, but that was when I ate their Club Grill (On Texas Toast). I recently went back and tried their tenderloin. It felt like a big miss that this restaurant is so close and I haven’t had their tenderloin. So Teresa and I went there a few weeks back for our post church meal.

Here are some pictures:

I will never make a trip to Copperhead without getting their Fried Portabella Mushrooms!

It was an absolutely excellent tenderloin. I would get it again and again and again. Good meat to bun ratio. Good thickness. Toasted bun. Nice and juicy. My only minor quibble, is red onions over white onions.

I highly recommend the Copperhead Saloon if you are in the Stratford area. I’ve never had a bad meal there.

Next Sunday’s food adventure will involve another Farmer’s Market.
