Always Grindin’: Madrid Field Work

On the Sunday of Madrid’s annual Labor Day Festival, Teresa and I went to the food court after checking in with Tall & Meaty. They were competing at the barbecue contest.

First thing I got was a grinder as it is well documented how much I love a good grinder. But when it didn’t really a followed up with some nachos. Thankfully, the nachos were all that and a bag of chips. Technically, there was no bag of chips.

Here are a few pictures:

Any chance to pick up possum art, I’m all over it! This guy lives on the dash of the RAV4 for good luck. Along with the bag of buckeyes.

Where I got the grinder. $9. Cheap.

It was just mid at best.

Had to wash it down with the nachos.

Waiting…

If I’m dreaming… don’t wake me up!

Tall and Meat coming in hard with the double entendre!

Readying for judging!

I didn’t stick around for the end of the barbecue contest. I hear it wasn’t very eventful. I believe that I had Movie Night that night and had to get home to prepare the Union Street Theater for guests. I haven’t even shared any images from the contest. I should probably get that done next Sunday. I think I will.
