Tenderloining: Denison Field Work

Last Sunday I wrote about the bakery in Denison known as The Bake Shop. But while I had my breakfast there, I also had my lunch there. It had been a while since I had a tenderloin and I also hadn’t had lunch that day, I also ate lunch there.

Here are the pictures from the tenderloin I knocked down that day:

The menu.

Tenderloin goodness.

A little honey mustard for my fries.

The burnt end sauce.

The ultimate verdict is, yes I would definitely go back.

The burnt end sauce was very unique. I’ve never had a tenderloin like that before. The meat was juicy. It was a good thickness. The breading had great flavor. This was a great tenderloin!

Next Sunday’s food adventure will involve a tenderloin that I will never have again.
