Ireland Day 2: Bushmills

After Andy and I left the Giant’s Causeway, we ended up in a nearby village named Bushmills. We wander it’s business district for a bit as we killed time before we went to our next destination. Which was another grueling workout. But more on that in the future.

Here are the pictures from Bushmills:

Boone could use a Meat Centre!

But Boone is now up to 5 murals! WooHoo! Watch your back Creston!

In the States, I wish we had more signs openly opposing authoritarianism!

One of the places we briefly considered going was the filming locations of THE QUIET MAN.

But I’ve been to John Wayne’s Birthplace. That covers him for me.

I think I took this because back then egg prices in the States was out of control. But now eggs are cheap. I just can’t afford to buy anything else.

What a boring phone booth!

Someday I will release a book of manhole photography!

The best businesses are dog friendly!

I wonder if the butcher hates the meat centre?

An ugly American in John Wayne. One of the greatest Americans in Dolly Parton!

We bought potatoes at a roadside stand. When in Rome… when in Ireland! We ate all of them I believe!

The Irish Famine killed a million Irish. The death toll was inflated by… tariffs. Yep, people who impose tariffs are incredibly dumb.

There are still a ton more pictures from Day 2 left to share! The rest are taken at Carrick-a-Rede National Trust.

  1. These are all fantastic, as you know. But I didn’t know you were a fellow manhole enthusiast – I take a photo of the manholes in as many cities as I can. I find them fascinating.
