There is a short story behind the photos in the folder Wedding.
I don’t know the people in the pictures. I don’t even know their names.
I was asked by Todd and Peggy of Hugen Photography to be a 2nd shooter for a wedding they were photographing. Basically they wanted me to take some candid shots while they did the formal stuff.

As a general rule, I don’t even take my camera to weddings, unless I am explicitly asked by the wedding couple. I have a pretty strict anti-Uncle-Bob policy.
By adding these photos to the Photography 139 Gallery, I was able to restore the following historic “An Artist’s Notebook” journal to its original glory:

Next Saturday’s walk down memory lane will involve a sunset and flowers.
Job well done Chris! Your dad took photos of my wedding. While I like the ones that were taken by a “professional “ photographer, all the ones that Gerald took are so special.
I have a strong preference for candid photos over posed photos. I’d like to see those photos some day.
