This isn’t a new food adventure by any stretch of the imagination. In fact, this food adventure is a family tradition. A tradition that goes back years. But I don’t think I’ve ever written about it, so I thought I better correct this terrible oversight. Of course, I must be talking about the Lion Clubs Pancake Days!
My Grandpa Paris was a Lion and Grandma Paris was a Lioness. So my Mom would always take us out there in January for their annual pancake fundraiser. This year I actually went twice (which although is the maximum amount of times I could go, doesn’t feel like enough). One on Friday night with Jay and Jesse for Friday Night Super Club. Then again Saturday morning with Teresa and Valerie.
Here are some pictures from the FNSC trip:

I look forward to the Pancake Lions Club Days every year and now I have to wait almost a full year for it to come around again.
THE GOOD
+ It’s pancakes! Duh!
+ It is cheap!
+ It is all you can eat!
+ It is for a good cause!
+ It raises money (but not limited) to help so many people with vision and hearing issues.
+ Real sausage!
+ Milk is a beverage option!
THE BAD
+ Hard for me to criticize anything dealing with the Lions, but it gets smoky in there.
>THE UGLY
+ It only happens once a year!
THE DAMAGE
+ $10. For all you eat pancakes and sausage!
THE VERDICT
+ You already know. I eat this every year. I will eat there again next year. And the year after.
HOW YOU EAT THERE
If I think you like pancakes, I will invite you.
Next Sunday’s food adventure will involve Indian food.
