I’ve more or less finished another page for the website. This new page is dedicated to THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE. It breaks down the origins of THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE and does a year by year history of THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE. You can go there to see some basic stats of each year of THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE, like how many participants there were in a year. How man submissions there were. What was the most popular theme. What was the least popular theme.

The creation of THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE page is just the beginning of a series of THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE pages I hope to create. I also plan on creating a few sub-pages. One with a list of every theme that has been used for THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE and another with a list of every person to participate in THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE. These pages would include links to see all the submissions for each theme and links to see all the submissions for each participant. This is a bit of a project to correlate all this data from roughly 13 years of THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE. But I will get there at some point. Might even create a THE WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE Hall of Fame.
A few more recent changes were made to the website are on the JOURNAL page. Now the latest entry is a featured post across the top of the page. Also, I’ve moved the entry title and the entry’s meta data above the featured image and the excerpt is below the featured image in the grid of each entry. The category links for each page have been eliminated from the grid of each entry as well. However they can still be found on each individual entry page. Also on each individual entry page I have eliminated the right side bar that appears on every other page on the website.
You may also notice that I have tinkered with some of the accent colors. Those probably aren’t permanent. Still trying to find my way on that front.
Not sure what page I have an idea for will get created next. Well, it is the updated CALENDAR page. But that is done except for changing one picture out. I need to finish developing the INSPO page. I also want to convert the CONTACT page into a BIO page. Maybe it will be something else. Stay tuned!

Last time we left Day 5 of my work trip to New Orleans I was still walking around in the morning before work. We will begin again there, but then it will quickly turn into an evening walk around Bourbon Street.
There is still one more collection of images from Day 5 in New Orleans left to share and then we are almost done with the New Orleans trip. I didn’t take many pictures on Day 6. Day 7 was the day I returned to the Cyclone State, so there also aren’t many pictures from that day either.
