Last year I made it down to Boone’s annual lighted parade. Boone doesn’t have a huge lighted parade but it is decent enough.

I do think Boone has a pretty good little Christmas tradition and I think our town Christmas tree is actually very pretty. It is something worth checking out every year!
Look at all those people gathered in the Green Space blissfully unaware that the slightest gust of wind could kill them from the trash contractor that worked on the stage.
I was going to include some commentary on that, but couldn’t quite come up with the right balance of corruption and incompetence.
