After we left Giant’s Causeway we briefly made a stop in a village nearby and then beat it to Carrick-a-Rede which is a park with a rope bridge that goes over the Atlantic Ocean. 98 feet above the Atlantic Ocean to be exact.
After that we headed to Belfast for the night. Here are some pictures from the trip:

Not pictures, but where we parked was used in the filming of GAME OF THRONES.

The thing about Ireland is that every day you would see something that was one of the most beautiful things you’ve ever seen.

Would you believe that people actually had the nerve to ask me if I crossed the bridge?

Hard to pick a favorite part of the trip, but this was up there.

A surprising thing about Ireland is that there is ice cream everywhere!

When I asked what it was supposed to taste like, they said “sugar”.

I drank way too much pop on this trip, but my go to became Sprite Zero.

This was our appetizer.

I got some kind of fish thing for supper. I was wanting to have some fish and chips, but it was too fancy of a dinner for that.

But it was pretty good.

We went there because they had a Freddie Mercury impersonator.

The ceiling bathroom!

Made a new friend. Whiskey Lover. She got this tattoo because her mom always used to run her down. When her mom died she took the money that was supposed to go for her gravestone and got this tattoo instead. She told me “Nobody will ever know where that woman is buried.”

Her name wasn’t actually Whiskey Lover, but that was what her porn name would be. The name of her first pet and her mom’s maiden name. Her husband’s name was Liam. When the parking garage we parked at swallowed our car for the night, Liam helped us get a cab back to our hotel.
Next Sunday we will begin the Day 3 images. Which start with an Irish breakfast, followed by more adventures of sorts.
