Last year the Boone First United Methodist Church took place in the annual Trunk-or-Treat festivity. It is a pretty big deal in Boone. Thousands and thousands kids pour into Boone’s downtown area and get so much candy. The lines are so long it take over an hour to make the entire circuit.
We might not have had the best decorated trunk, but we definitely had the coolest car in the lineup.

Alexis and the kids came down and got some candy too, but unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures of them. Well, I did get a selfie with them, but that was published a long time ago.
Trunk-or-Treat was a good time! And I had a great conversation with Neil Goeppinger and got a take a ride in the sweet car to boot!
