I had always heard the legend of the Valley Junction Farmer’s Market. Some claimed it was as good or better than the Downtown Des Moines Farmer’s Market. I had never been, so it was on my list of things to visit last year. Jay actually agreed to go and one Thursday night we went down to check it out.
