We are at the end of the images from work trip to Philadelphia. Day 6 was the final day and I didn’t take many pictures. It is a day that can go on forever because it is a work day, plus a large chunk of it is just waiting for our crates to show up so we can tear down and pack up. Sometimes the crates show up in under an hour. Sometimes it can take over 4 hours.
After we teardown, Kim and Lowell and Tony and I head out to a trip ending dinner. Then head back to the hotel to get packed and ready for an early flight home.
Here is the collection of images from the final day:
I loved Philadelphia. One of my favorite cities I’ve ever visited. I’d go back in a second as a tourist. This year’s big meeting is in Orlando. Which is the worst city I’ve ever been in, in my entire life. So this year’s meeting trip will be extremely lame. A terrible city in a terrible state. So don’t expect many, if any pictures from that work trip this year. The year after that, the big meeting is in Canada. Because of that they are taking a skeleton crew, which is highly unlikely to include me. So this is the last big meeting trip that will be cool for a long time. Maybe the last one ever for me.
Next Friday I’ll either start revealing the images from the Indianola Balloon Classic or the Iowa State Fair. Probably from Indianola.
