This project has been temporarily suspended as the el cheapo point & shoot I’ve been using for this project went kaput on my recent Mission Trip. Not sure when it will be resurrected. Kind of depends on whether or not I want to buy another el cheapo point & shoot… Read More »Self-Portrait Project Week 19 – Sorta
Unceasing Effort I’m sure that it is well documented that I love alliums. They are definitely in my top 5 favorite flowers. Probably top 3. This week’s project was simply to photograph alliums. Something that happened in a couple of these photos is that the film didn’t wind forward all the way. It is something I love and a reminder of the good old film days! It is hard for me to imagine Fraser having as many people as are in that picture,… Read More »Slice of Life Vol. 111

These pictures come from the following folder: Backup/My Pictures/People/Friends/Campusites What I see in these pictures was a call for help. Somebody needed to come over and uninstall my copy of Photoshop. It would have been for the betterment of mankind. Next week’s folder will be: Backup/My Pictures/People/Friends/Hiatts
Sometimes in this project I think I got the shot that I wanted, only to find out later that I didn’t. Monday’s picture would be an excellent example. I did get a picture of Naima looking at the camera, only to discover that it was out of focus when I… Read More »Self-Portrait Project Week 18
Shine A special thanks to Shannon for acting as photo assistant for this project. A task that was more time consuming than arduous. More pictures from the The Girl in the Blue Skirt Alpha – 2012 Series: Not entirely sure what next week’s Personal Photo Project of the Week will involve. It all depends on what I can get edited. Best guess is that it will involve aliums.

A few weeks back I took some portraits of Jen and Derrick’s toddler Evie. Here are a few of my favorites from that photo shoot: Next week’s random Wednesday will involve my weekend in Minnesota.
