Now that I have the keywords in my gallery closer to being set up the way (but is by all means, not pefect) I want them to be set up, I think the halfway mark of the year is a perfect time to bring back the Happy Birthday post. So… Read More »Happy Birthday Jen!
Mad with Joy – 2013 It is a well documented fact that I don’t like the iris. If there was ever a flower that needed punched in the face, it is the iris. I don’t know if that is the reason, or what the reason actually would be, but for… Read More »Personal Photo Project #176

On Saturday, I completed a bargain I made with Sara back in February to “compete” in the Mud Run. Well, the way we handled it, it was more like a Mud Stroll and since it isn’t actually a competitive race, we didn’t really compete. However, we didn’t finish even close… Read More »Mud Run

Repurposed After 2 failed years of trying to snag an invite to Love Feast, I finally scored one in 2013. It was a pretty amazing experience (I would tell you more about Love Feast, but you have to ask) and the bonus surprise was the old army radar tower. Funk… Read More »Personal Photo Project #173
After years and years of talking about it, I finally removed my carpet from my great room and finished the floor while I was on a vacation. It was a multi-day project that involved several days of just removing furniture and I’m still in the process of putting furniture back… Read More »The Floor
I had the great honor of being a bridesman in Sara and Shawn’s wedding on Saturday. I didn’t have an opportunity to take many pictures, but here are a few that I did manage to snap off: I can’t think of a way I would have rather spent my birthday!
Recently had the pleasure of attending the Powell 40th Anniversary Banquet and have a tasty meal, watch Sara on a video, enjoy excellent company, and watch a hilarious comedian. Flickr used to be one of the most popular imaging websites, but then it began to falter a little bit. It hoped to make a bit of a resurgence when there was the big to-do (which was really much to do about nothing) about Instagram changing their privacy policies to… Read More »Flickr

Trash Dennis pulled this cornet out of the trash and gave it to Derrick. I borrowed it off Derrick to photograph. But after reviewing the images, I realize that they are lousy with digital noise. I need to re-shoot this cornet with better lighting. The rest of the Trash Series:
