The Alpha 35 is officially dead. It could be resurrected but the cost is, as they say, prohibitive. It will now sit on a shelf with the rest of the retired cameras. The picture above is the last picture the Alpha 35 ever took. It is the last picture from… Read More »RIP Alpha 35
I had the great honor of being a bridesman in Sara and Shawn’s wedding on Saturday. I didn’t have an opportunity to take many pictures, but here are a few that I did manage to snap off: I can’t think of a way I would have rather spent my birthday!
A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of photographing the wedding of Amy Davis and Rick Hahn. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the experience. I need to thank Shannon for assisting me during this wedding. She was a tremendous help.

As Shawn and I were called to perform our secondary duty of ushering, I handed my camera to Kelly. She took the following pictures before the battery on the camera gave out. I was so completely drained from this wonderful day that I didn’t wake up until 1:30 on Sunday… Read More »The Wedding of the Year (Part 3)
This is really a continuation of more pictures of the wedding principals taking it easy backstage before the big show. Monica took the pictures of me, including my picture with Jay, the one where he reveals that he truly doesn’t like me all that much.
I didn’t take many pictures from The Wedding of the Year because I was quite busy being a triple threat: Groomsman, Usher and Reader Guy. However, I did manage to snap off a few photos here and there. I take many a memory away from an absolutely incredible day, but… Read More »The Wedding of the Year (Part 1)
Here is a collection of images from that wedding where I was the 2nd Shooter a few weeks back. I’ll hopefully post more pictures from that wedding in the future.
I did some 2nd shooter action at a wedding for Todd and Peggy on Sunday. I shot this in RAW and it has taken me quite some time to bother getting this converted to JPG. So this post is much less ambitious than I hoped. I still haven’t converted much.… Read More »2nd Shooter
