Purpose and Potential

Hitting up the old 2019 backlog. The pictures I share today are from the graduation church service for our church’s seniors. The other pictures are pictures I took on the same day. I have seen some of those kids, ahem, young adults since they moved on to their next adventures.… Read More »Purpose and Potential

Behind Curtiss

Last year I failed to make it to Pella to photograph tulips. In fact, I think it has been a couple of years since I’ve been to Pella. Which is sad, because I really enjoy photographing tulips. Even though, there are those that hate my flower photography, I persist. While… Read More »Behind Curtiss

So Early Made

These are the first flower pictures I took in 2019 in my own yard. There are also a couple of bonus Naima pictures, since she was there too. On further reflection, I would say that some of these flowers are actually from my Mom’s yard. Definitely the tulip.

They’ve Always Been Our Friend

Here is a collection of pictures I took in my backyard back in August of some flowers, the sky, and of course that most noble of insects, the wasp. Want more wasp pictures? Don’t worry baby bird. I’ll feed you. Eventually.

The pictures from the folder 2009-06-29 are mostly from a softball game between Alexis’ team and a team coached by Jesse and Lowell. I assume Alexis’ team won the game because of… Bennett genetics.
