Once again, I created a folder named “Pop Art” and put next to nothing in it that could be remotely defined as Pop Art.

It is pretty well established that I like pictures of animal noses. This was simply a picture of Naima’s nose.
However, since this is notoriously difficult to photograph, here are a few other attempts at dog nose from the Portrait of a Dog I Know Series.
I’m sure there will be many more Naima based Personal Photo Projects over the years. None of them will involve dog clothing though. That much is guaranteed.
These negative were pretty wonky to say the least, but sometimes that creates interesting results.
A few months back I stepped in for Vest in photographing the confirmation students at his church, St. John’s Lutheran, in Madrid. Here are a few of those photos:

This project was simply to do some macro photography of my rhubarb patch. My rhubarb patch did come back a bit stronger this year, then Naima started tromping on it. But it was still good enough for my grandma and aunt Annie to get quite a bit of the good stuff out of it.

Hopefully next year Naima isn’t so gun-ho to take on the rhubarb, but she is puppy, what can you do?
