Dear Joe, thanks for the toy. Love, Naima This is why I can’t have nice things.

Micky just couldn’t keep his hands of the Alpha 65. This picture was taken in the HDR Painting: Mid setting. For those of you keeping score at home.
More BFFs Naima and Tempe are wrestling over a ball even though there is another ball right next to Tempe.
I was commissioned to photograph our winning Living Health Iowa team at the day job. Not really the right lens for portrait photography, but it is good enough for a newsletter.
BFFs Although some would argue this point, when Naima and Tempe are alone they are mild-mannered honor students. But when they get together, they are hooligans that would gladly knock over a liquor store if they aren’t watched closely. There might e some Leopold and Loeb in those two.
The Juncks with their restored Chevy Truck Would you believe that I actually edited Sara out of this picture?
Being a bride is glamorous. A sneak peek into what you might see at Snus Hill on May 24th.
Johnathan enjoying the Mother’s Day festivities. I hope everybody enjoyed their Mother’s Day!
Brandon Kahler – 2014 Roundball Oracles ChampionI apologize for taking so long to reveal the champion of Year 10 of the Roundball Oracles. But I think my post college basketball season depression (or PCBSD as mental health professionals call it) was even greater this year than in years past. You… Read More »Photo(s) of the Day 0007
Fun with everybody’s favorite golden and my new wide angle lens. It is hard to believe that such an innocent face could ever do anything wrong!
A couple of months back I went on a road trip with my Mom, Carla, and Alexis to witness Elainie’s most recent naval graduation. Here are a few pictures from Day 2 of that road trip: In case you were wondering, there were no pictures taken on Day of the… Read More »San Antonio Road Trip Day 2
March Madness is once again upon us. That can mean only 1 thing! It is time for the Roundball Oracles to gather once again and make predictions about the outcome of the NCAA tournament. I would actually like to start this by quoting the predictions I made about this year’s… Read More »Roundball Oracles – Year 10
The Alpha 35 is officially dead. It could be resurrected but the cost is, as they say, prohibitive. It will now sit on a shelf with the rest of the retired cameras. The picture above is the last picture the Alpha 35 ever took. It is the last picture from… Read More »RIP Alpha 35
I recently broke down and purchased a new camera as my 1st string camera is in the shop for some repairs on its card slot. The original company I sent it to couldn’t fix it and had to send it on to the manufacturer. I became paranoid that the camera… Read More »First Picture with the Alpha 65
A picture I’ve been meaning to post for some time. I just thought I should make a formal announcement that I am going to take a sabbatical from blogging formally. This sabbatical really already began, and I anticipate it lasting until at least May, but maybe longer. This isn’t to… Read More »Sabbatical
Today’s images come from the following folder: Backup/Robot Monster Bros/The Woods These pictures clearly aren’t in the correct order, but that is because I don’t really want you to know what was going on with these pictures. Next week’s folder will be: My Pictures/2007/1January2007/Before & After
Today’s images come from the following folder: Backup/Robot Monster Bros/RMB Peripherals/Poster Designs These images are weak attempts at posters for movies that may or may not have ever existed.
Today’s images come from the following folder: Backup/Robot Monster Bros/RMB Peripherals/Designs/ This image and its slight modification is a drawing by Jay Janson. It was meant to be the logo for a subdependent movie studio that was comprised of my friends and I. But we never really accomplished much. This… Read More »The Archives: Edition #153
Beardo This week’s Personal Photo Project was to document the ferocity of my beard before I shaved it off. Jay was the trigger man for this photo shoot. The rest of the Beardo Series: Next week’s Personal Photo Project will most likely involve lilies.
