One of the most popular weeks at the Computer Mine is Customer Service Week. There are lots of theme days and people get to dress up in costumes. The week climaxes with the crowning of a Customer Service Week King and Queen. It reminds me of Spirit Week at dear old Boone High.

Back in August I went on my 2nd ever work trip for the day job. I went to Corning, New York and Mansfield, Pennsylvania with Micky. We had enough down time to crack out the camera a little bit.
Very few pictures are from Corning, Iowa. No pictures are from Mansfield, Pennsylvania.

It certainly beat my first ever work “trip”: going to the Carroll, Iowa McDonald’s to cover their store while their staff had a Christmas Party cause let’s face it, Carroll, Iowa kind of sucks. If the town didn’t have an A&W, it might not even have a right to exist.
A couple of months ago I went to New York State for the day job with Micky. On one of our free nights, we took the rental past a bunch of poorly spelled firewood signs to a beautiful park in Watkins Glen.
