Personal Photo Project of the Week #65

9 Emotions Project - Jill Gorshe
Jill – 9 Emotions

Jill was the final person to pose for the 9 Emotions Project. In case you can’t remember the 9 emotions. Left to right. Top to bottom.

1. Joy
2. Sadness
3. Anger
4. Amusement
5. Fear
6. Jealousy
7. Surprise
8. Sympathy
9. Boredom

A closer look at Jill.

As Jill was the last person to pose for this project, she got to photograph my take on the 9 emotions.

I do not possess Jill’s acting skills but I found being on the other side of the camera to be more difficult than I expected. I was already concerned that I wouldn’t be able to emote at all. After all, the only vibe I ever put out to the world is badass.

This was the result:

There is one final part to the 9 Emotions Project that I have yet to finish. Even though all of the pictures are taken, we will be revisiting this project one more time.

Next week’s Personal Photo Project will be the Empire State Building & Times Square. Those pictures will conclude the New York City pictures.

Late Submissions

These following submissions came to me well after the Monday at noon deadline for the Random Weekly Photo Experiment. However, since they came via the United States Post Office, I won’t hold it against 1st time contributor Russell Kennerly. RMK (as he is known in our email discussion group) is the first artist to submit drawings. I hope he has many more submissions in his pencil.

WEEK 16 - HANDS - RUSSELL KENNERLY
Hands

For those of you that don’t spend time at the Robot Monster Bros. website, Russell is also a very talented writer. I urge you to venture over there and read his short story, The Hitter.

Now I need to pick up some frames and get these bad boys on my wall. I’m think living room.

The End of Random NYC

This is the end of the random NYC images. Please shed no tears.

Some of the pictures are from the Brooklyn Bridge:

Personal Photo Project #46 Alternate - I Recommend Pleasant

Good news Americans! Say that you always wanted a copy of the above picture of Foster Q. Bunny on your wall, but didn’t know how to go about getting it. That dilemma is now over. My online store is now ready to take and fulfill your order!

Even before my Online Store saw the light of day, I was branded a sellout. Strangely, before I was even concerned about being called a sellout, I was warned not to worry about people that labeled me a sellout by Andree. Weird how that worked out.

Well, whether I’ve sold out or not, my Online Store is officially in existence. I’ve only really uploaded pictures that I took from January to April of 2010 thus far, but I am uploading more pictures every day.

You can view the store by following this link:

STORE (or Gallery that sells stuff)

Or if you are actually on the website, you can click on the STORE link on the top of this page.

You may be asking yourself, what is in the store for purchase. For the most part Prints. Prints of about every imaginable size and shape and finish.

But, there is more. You can also buy merchandise with you favorite Photography 139 images on it. Things like:

  • Photo Stickers
  • Postcards
  • Mouse Pads
  • Ceramic Tiles
  • Mahogany Desk Organizers
  • Keepsake Boxes
  • White Mugs
  • Black Mugs
  • Photo Puzzles
  • Key Tags
  • Refrigerator Magnets
  • Tote Bags
  • Mosaic Tiles
  • Playing Cards
  • Shirts
  • Aprons
  • Buttons

But of course, the most important thing is that people can buy prints very easily now. There might also be coupon codes for people who like such things in the future as well!

I’ve been down to visit the Random Theme Generator for this week’s theme. This is what it gave me:

MOTION

A look back at last year’s MOTION submissions.

MOTION – 2010

I hope this theme is inspirational for lots of people out there.

I’m also very intrigued by these “The First National Bank of Boone” bills. I assume these are probably in the safe deposit box with the rest of the coin collection, but I’ve never seen them.
