Digging deep into the backlog here. The following are pictures from an August 2016 trip to the Iowa State Fair. Yes, I have pictures from 2016 I still haven’t even edited.
As many of you know, I the Discovery Garden is my favorite place on the Iowa State Fair fairgrounds. Every trip to the State Fair I make a stop there. This is often when I tell the people that go with me, go do something else. I’ll meet up with you later.
This particular trip to the State Fair was when Baby Got Rack was competing in the Farm Bureau Barbecue Contest. While the meat was smoking, I snuck over and grabbed these photos.
These are just lovely. I particularly like the composition of the fourth one.
But are they lovely enough that if they had a kid your grandpa would keep them on the track team despite a lack of talent?
Maybe that would be if the flowers were sexy. Hmmmm….
The 4th one would also be my favorite. At least favorite not bee related.
Only if the flowers’ moms were sexy. I think he is “above” worrying about the flowers.
