This is your WEEKLY PHOTO CHALLENGE reminder that I will be SAD if you forget that this week’s theme is SAD: SAD! You don’t have to be SAD to take a SAD picture. In fact, a good SAD photo can make me happy! Happy photo harvesting!

To a Great 2017!

Pretend like I published this on January 1, just like I meant to do. It is that day at Photography 139 Headquarters where we take down our old Photography 139 Calendar and put it in the trunk with many of the other remnants of our past. We like to think… Read More »To a Great 2017!

The Colo Derby

A couple Saturdays back I traveled to America’s crossroads: Colo, Iowa to take place in a turtle race that I have dubbed The Colo Derby. My noble steed Titian dominated the competition, but on that day, it would NOT only be the turtles that smelled fishy. If you get what… Read More »The Colo Derby

03-29-07

When the light poking from the trees picture were first published 9 years ago, most people thought it was a setting sun. Actually it is a street lamp. Now all my secrets are known. Next week’s folder includes a dragonfly. Well, it might as well be a dragonfly. I know!… Read More »03-29-07
